Shipping & Returns

Shipping
- Orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners.
- Most orders ship within 3–7 business days.
- Free US shipping on orders over $75.
- Tracking is emailed after your order ships.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking after shipment.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
- To start a return, email hello@henhousesupplyco.com with your order number.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
